2. What information we collect

We don't require accounts, logins, or newsletter sign-ups, so we don't collect personal information you provide directly. The information we do collect comes from:

a) Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city, derived briefly from your IP address before it is discarded), and referral source. GA4 does not store full IP addresses. This data is retained for 14 months, after which it's automatically deleted.

b) Embedded Google Maps

Some pages (attraction pages) include an embedded Google Map to help you find locations. When a map loads, Google may collect data such as your IP address, as governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Legal basis for processing

Embedded content such as Google Maps, booking widgets (Tiqets, GetYourGuide, Stay22), and YouTube videos loads automatically as part of the relevant page, since it forms part of the content you're requesting (for example, a map or ticket widget on an attraction page). 6. International data transfers

For visitors in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, Google Analytics processes data on EU/UK/Swiss-based infrastructure before any further processing.
